Mountain Biking offers you the chance to explore some of the beautiful sites in
and around the Crealy Park area.
Nearby Woodbury Common is also an excellent Mountain Bike venue for the
more serios biker with miles of track situated within easy reach of Crealy Park
The Mountain Bike trails we use are tailored to suit every age and ability level and with an extensive range of bike sizes available this activity is accessable to everyone.
This popular activity is offered to you as one of our day visit activity options or as an evening/morning activity.
Before any ride, participants are given training on basic Mountain Bike handling and safety. Our site at Crealy is perfect for allowing novice riders to get used to riding off-road and move along as part of a group.
The trails we use for biking are safe yet challenging for all abilities. Participants will learn many off-road skills including downhill riding techniques and how to negotiate single track routes.
There is a common theme running through all our Mountain Bike sessions and that is to be respectful of the environment and leave little or no trace of being there. That is why we promote sensible riding techniques and stay on recognised permissive routes at all times.
The instructors leading this activity are qualified through the Scottish Cycle Union and have detailed knowledge of all the best tracks in the area.
