The grounds at Crealy are a great setting for this type of activity and ensure both quality and safety for groups.
Archery sessions can be tailored to suit your requirements, whether its personal confidence building with an emphasis on gaining new skills or full scoring rounds for those who want that competitive element.
Besides the actual skills learnt in firing a Bow and Arrow there are many other benefits for individuals taking part in Archery including improving communication, patience, numeracy and personal confidence building.
The instructors leading this activity are qualified through the Grand National Archery Society. Due to the obvious risks of using Bows and Arrows, the sessions are run with the greatest of control and supervision is controlled by fully qualified adult staff.
People with physical disabilities can also enjoy Archery thanks to improvised Bow holders so please do not hesitate to contact us if you require this service.
Personal kit and safety requirements-
Normal clothing although long sleeved tops are essential that are not too baggy. Sturdy footwear that covers the top of the foot i.e. no flip flops or sandals. Long hair must be tied back.
